Amazon is going to abandon their usage, so, shipping overrides are going to be deprecated soon.
However it is still possible to use them, but it is not possible to obtain support on it anymore.
How to activate overrides ?
- Activate the expert mode
- In Features tab, activate the “Smart Shipping” option
- DO NOT activate any option in the Shipping tab ! Please just apply the configuration as shown on Screenshot 1
- Select your shipping override on your marketplace tab, as shown on Screenshot 2
- Set your shipping override on your product sheet extension as shown on Screenshot 3
