When a product is sent in creation mode, the module does not send the image feed, there is a technical reason for this;
On Amazon, processings are done in parallel on multiple servers, each feed can be processed by a different server, so if the module sent the image feed along with the product feed, it may happen that the SKUs are not yet known to one of the two servers as they’re not yet created, so the image feed would be in error, it’s a recurrent support case in the previous version of the module.
During creation phase, the module “puts” products sent as “to update” during next session in sending offers.
You check at this time the “Send Images” box and click on Send, your offer feed will be sent with the images and your products on Amazon will then have the associated images.
Note that a delay may be required between sending images and their appearance on Amazon.
Also, if you find out that your products have other images than yours, it’s certainly normal; when several sellers send product data including images, Amazon then makes a choice based on relevant criteria, the product data that will appear in front office on Amazon. If images are not yours, it is because Amazon has determined that those from other sellers were of better quality or that the seller had greater popularity.
