Repricing Strategies

The repricing strategy allows you to tell the module some parameters and calculation limits of Repricing (automatic price adjustment).

Start your configuration by adding a single strategy, once this first configuration mastered you can configure up to a strategy by Profile;

1) Name

Use a mnemonic name (thus easy to remember), that will appear in the profiles, in a selector containing all your strategies, it allows you to associate a strategy to a profile.

2) Active

You can enable/disable the repricing at any time while keeping your parameters.

3) Aggressivity

Aggressivity Index from 1 to 10. This index indicates to the price revision algorithm, a progressive aggressivity rate:

– A score is calculated for your competitor
– Your seller score is calculated on the same criteria
– The differential score from 1 to 100 will determine a competitiveness to apply
– The more the aggressivity is high, the more the price will lower

Enter 3 if you do not master this parameter.

4) Base

Base price used for the limit; if you choose the Purchase Price, the module will calculate the price including VAT of the purchase price indicated on the product sheet used as the base price for the limit, the next parameter (see bullet #5 below).

If you choose the selling price, the module will use the regular sales price, usually exported by the module to Amazon as the base price used for the limit, the next parameter (see bullet #5 below).

5) Limit

According to the base price chosen at No.4, you indicate a percentage below or above which the module will not lower the price.

Example 1:

– You choose as Base price: Purchase price.
– You specify a limit to +30%

Therefore the module will never lower the product price below your purchase price + 30%

Example 2:

– You choose Base price: Selling price
– You specify a limit to -30%

Therefore, the module will never lower the product price below your regular selling price minus 30%.

6) Delta

Percentage upward and downward.

It is simply the negotiating latitude left to the module, on the left downward, on the right, upward. You specify a percentage of how the module can lower or raise the price, the module will not go below the previously set limit.

Strategy/Profile Associations

You will need to establish an association between the profile and your strategy, therefore, the logical path is this way; your product is associated to a category, the category to a profile, and in the profile, the strategy used is indicated, thus, the module can establish the relationships.

So you will find a repricing strategy selector in your profiles:
