Once the orders have been imported and when the order is shipped, it will be necessary to update the status to notify CDiscount the shipment and tracking number.

The module notifies CDiscount, CDiscount notifies the client.

Check your configuration:

You have previously configured your orders statuses:

You have configured your scheduled tasks.

Check your orders :

– Your orders have the status that you have configured
– You have indicated a package tracking number (mandatory)

Then, test yourself the proper functioning of the script following the test procedure specified for scheduled tasks.

Diagnosis :

– Go in one of your order which is shippable, has a shipping number (tracking number)
– Switch the order to the state configured in the module configuration for shipped order status
– Go in the Scheduled taskes tab and copy the link for orders status updates.
– Paste the URL into your browser URL toolbar and add &debug=1 at the end of this URL
The script will be executed and if any error happen, please send us for analysis.


Important :
If you use a software that does update in batch, for example Expeditor, you must ensure the integration of the modules together with your technical service provider or your webmaster.
