You have a problem with creating products and you need support, follow the instructions below:

Checking the profiles and models configuration

  • Each profile must be complete (red stars indicate mandatory fields)
  • Each profile must be linked to a model (“Model” selector)
  • Each model to a WooCommerce model (unique model since August 2015: SUBMISSION CREATING PRODUCTS MK)
  • Fill in the fields Kind/Public if required
  • When using combinations, visit Export combinations
  • If you do not use combinations, do not complete them
  • Categories: Verify that they are selected and that they have a model selected

File Export

Export the XML file in creation mode from the page Product Creation

Check Active and In Stock, choose a date range, when your products were created to export only some or date specified by default if you do not have a preference.

On error (message on red background), use the “Limiter” to check if there is not a PHP configuration limit in your server. The module then exports a limited number of products.

Once the anomaly occurs, send us a screenshot of the page, the whole without cuts browser window included.

If the problem occurs at the sending level, the file is rejected by WooCommerce, try again by not selecting only one category.

Send us the generated XML file (or zip file), screenshot of the export and the sending. The more information you provide, the more effective will be our support.

If the file was successfully sent to WooCommerce, send us the integration report that you find on the backoffice WooCommerce:
