Support limits
- Is out of liability the configuration related to the store quantitative (products quantity, images, categories …)
- Are excluded the version updates of the PrestaShop store
- Are excluded server, host or PHP version change
- Modifications to the module lead to revocation of support
- It will not be offered support in case of multiple commissionings or major modification of the catalog
Limited Warranty
- We can give you a list of hosts or you can choose any recommended host by PrestaShop. If it was not one of them, no warranty can be applied.
- In case of abuse, cancellation, revocation or termination of contract by the marketplace we cannot be held responsible and no warranty or repair could be claimed.
- The software supplied is deemed functional and in working state on a PrestaShop software installed by default. Meaning as delivered originally. If one of them has been altered by someone, warranty and support offered to him would then be automatically transferred by right.
