If you need support from Amazon or Common-Services, it is necessary to provide the XML and the report. This document describes how to generate XML.<\/p>\n

1. Empty the queue<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Modules > Amazon > Tools<\/em><\/p>\n

If there are products in the queue they will appear, then tick all the boxes and click Delete:<\/p>\n

2. Prepare your submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to the product sheet concerned by the issue, the product must be eligible<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Select this article<\/a> depending on the type of support needed. If your issue concerns a problem of product creation, select to Create, if it concerns the updating of your offers, then select Update.<\/p>\n

3. Generate the XML<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Catalog > Amazon then Synchronize if your issue is a problem of updating stock, or Creation if the problem is in creating a product.<\/p>\n

Tick “Display the XML only”<\/span> as below:<\/p>\n

Click on Submit<\/span>. Note that nothing is sent, it is a simulation.<\/p>\n

The green section contains the Log, the gray section contains the XML:<\/p>\n

– Select all the text obtained by using your mouse, copy and paste all the content in a text<\/span> file<\/span>, for example using “Notepad” in Windows, then save the file.<\/p>\n

– Then untick the box<\/span> “Display the XML only”<\/span> to proceed with the submission to Amazon.<\/p>\n

4. Send the feed <\/strong><\/p>\n

Send your Amazon feed by clicking the appropriate button and also save the “Log” of the operation, in the green rectangle:<\/p>\n
